If a licensed driver in you household was not listed on your policy and were to use your vehicle, which by the way they would have every legal right to even without your consent, you, not you insurance company would be responsible to pay for any mishaps that might arise. Sense the information on the policy was falsified, by not listing all licensed drivers in the residence, the insurance company would not have to honor the policy. I have seen it first hand, sucks but that is the law.
